NFR Weekend...

This was the our big Las Vegas NFR Weekend.

The rodeo was great and we always have great
seats. We are so thankful to have good friends
that consider us their 80th-something friend.
Thank you Keith Williams and Family for including us with your group.
We did miss Alan and Mindee this year, they were busy with a new little one as was Lisa and Mike. I guess Keith was busy helping out being grandpa...but we did enjoy Jared and Bailey.

I am so glad you guys had fun!!! We did miss going down this year! It has been a fun tradition. Maybe next year!!! Your new backdrop is darling! I also love the new pictures of the babies! Glad to see that they are doing so well!

Looks like fun. I haven't been to a rodeo in forever...Not really Steve's deal. He could use a good rodeo don't you agree.

Hey Chris...I was blog snooping and found your blog on Mindee's. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun at the NFR. We really missed not being there. Jared said it was fun visiting with you.
Your grandbabies are so dang cute. I am glad everyone is doing good!!!

I know...you are totally amazed that I can now blog. I think it is awesome.
Just a little note about Mike and I. We met when we were in Kindergarten and it has been history since then. We graduated from High School in 1974 and we were married in 1976. We have 6 really great kids...not perfect, but great. Jake is 32 yrs. old, Jared is 30, Chase is 28, Meghann is 27, Todd is 23 and Tara is 22 yrs. old. We have been very busy. Not only have we raised kids, but we have raised lots of alfalfa hay. We are farmers at heart. We own about 600-700 acres of ground that we produce either hay, grain or corn. It has been a good lifestyle to raise a large family like ours.
As of now, we have added three beautiful new daughters, and two great sons. Only Jake is not married. We have been blessed with 6 darling granddaughters. We really believe that grandchildren are worth enduring your own kids.
